Warranty Return Steps

PLEASE NOTE: Only an authorised XTEND Elements supplier may log warranty claims. All claims are handled through our sales channel partners.
  1. Contact the XTEND elements hotline 087 057 9126 (Option  2 - Warranty Queries) before proceeding *Warranty claims may be declined if this step is not followed.

  2. When requested by XTEND,  log the warranty claim on behalf of the customer by clicking the button below. (Customer to supply invoice for XTEND purchase)
  1. After logging the warranty claim, a reference number will be supplied. Write this number clearly on the returned element or packaging using a permanent marker or sticker.
  2. XTEND Elements will arrange for the warranty element to be collected from your store by The Courier Guy. The paperwork will be emailed to you to print for the collection.
  3. Once returned, we will test the element for manufacturing defects:
          • If the element is not faulty or the fault is not manufacturing-related, we reserve the right to return it and not provide a credit/replacement element.
          • if the element is faulty, a replacement element will be dispatched from our CT office.
